The firm
Denton Wilde Sapte is an international law firm with a network of offices and associate offices spanning the UK, Europe, Middle East, CIS and Africa. We provide a full range of commercial legal services to leading organisations across four core sectors: Financial Institutions; Energy, Transport & Infrastructure; Real Estate & Retail; and Technology, Media & Telecoms. The firm's strengths lie in its sector focus, and its practice areas are as strong and diverse as its client list.
The training contract consists of four six-month seats. This will include a contentious seat, plus experience in our transaction based departments such as Banking & Finance and/or Real Estate. One of your seats may also be spent in one of our international offices or with one of our clients.
The firm works hard to maintain a friendly and open working environment, where ideas are shared and people work together as a team to achieve goals.
You will be given as much responsibility as you can handle, working with the law and with clients in real business situations. You will be involved from day one and will receive the highest quality training in a supportive and stimulating environment.
You should possess analytical, persuasive and organisational skills and also have the ability to communicate well. We look for motivated individuals who are able to work successfully within a team.
