Training Environment
MMS will provide you with a very broad range of practice experience, including legal writing, drafting, research work, and an element of client contact. This is one of our strengths as a business and a long standing attraction for candidates.
By working as a team member on more complex transactions, you are given the opportunity to gain experience over a broad range of work.

All of our employees receive a combination of fixed and variable holidays totalling 34 days each year. We also offer a contributory pension scheme, death in service benefit worth 4 times your annual salary, support with conveyancing fees, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, income protection insurance and discounted access to medical and dental plans.

Sponsorship & Awards
From 2009, successful trainees will be supported with the cost of their Diploma of Legal Practice in Scotland and their Legal Practice Certificate in England.
In Scotland, trainees that do not receive a funded place on the Diploma will be able to apply for up to £3,000 towards the cost of the course. In England, MMS will contribute up to £10,000 towards the cost of the Legal Practice Certificate. These payments will be made when you start your training contract with us.
